Terms of Rental & Service

This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding contract between Washer Dryer Guy ("Company", "we", "us") and the subscribing individual or business ("Customer", "you") for the subscription rental and maintenance of residential laundry appliances.

1. Nature of Subscription

All appliances provided by Washer Dryer Guy remain the exclusive property of the Company at all times. This Agreement is a recurring subscription rental contract and does not constitute a rent-to-own or conditional sales contract unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

2. White-Glove In-Home Delivery & Installation

We provide complimentary in-home delivery and connection to existing, operational residential utilities (water shutoff valves, drain standpipe, and 120V / 240V electrical outlets). Customer agrees to provide safe, unimpeded access to the laundry area. We provide stainless steel braided water hoses and fire-safe semi-rigid dryer exhaust ducting free of charge.

3. Free Lifetime Maintenance & Repairs

As part of your subscription, the Company covers 100% of parts and labor costs for all mechanical breakdowns, motor failures, pump blockages, heating element replacements, and electrical defects resulting from normal household use. Customer is not responsible for repair costs unless damage is caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or unauthorized tampering.

4. Monthly Billing & Cancellation

• Subscription fees are billed automatically on a 30-day recurring basis via your payment method on file.
• You may cancel your rental subscription at any time by providing at least 14 days notice prior to your next billing cycle.
• Upon cancellation, our crew will schedule a complimentary pickup window to disconnect and retrieve the equipment.

5. Relocation & Moving

If you move to a new home within our GTA service area, please notify us at least two weeks in advance. On Pro plans, complimentary relocation and reinstallation is included. On Basic and Premium plans, moving service is provided at our discounted subscriber rate.

6. Limitation of Liability

Company maintains comprehensive commercial general liability insurance. Company shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages, lost laundry items, or water damage resulting from plumbing lines beyond our direct installation connection.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
