2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Deliver, install, test, and retrieve laundry equipment at your residence.
• Process monthly subscription payments and provide payment receipts.
• Dispatch certified technicians to your home for free repair requests.
• Send critical service notifications (e.g. delivery arrival windows or repair ticket updates).

3. Information Sharing & Third Parties

We never sell, trade, or rent your personal contact or financial information to third-party advertisers. Information is only shared with trusted service providers strictly necessary to execute our service (e.g. Stripe for secure payment gateway processing and our internal delivery dispatchers).

All online transmissions on Washer Dryer Guy are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We employ strict access controls restricting customer delivery addresses only to authorized field technicians scheduled for your appointment.

5. Accessing & Deleting Your Data

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you or request permanent account deletion upon returning your rental units. Account deletion can be requested anytime in your customer settings.
